We supply and set modular homes manufactured by Superior Builders, a division of Muncy Homes, Inc., in Muncy, Pennsylvania (www.superiorbuilders.com). Each home comes with a 10-year New Home Warranty with an optional 20-year extension.

There are nine styles of home brochures each containing up to 28 floor plans. Our decorator selections outline the standard choices. You choose the color of shingles and vinyl siding, floor coverings, kitchen countertops, bath fixtures, vanity tops, etc.

Customization of Modular Homes
Floor Plans and Options

Modular floor plans can be adjusted, altered, and changed by the factory. Give us the floor plan you have in mind, and the factory can produce it with CAD (Computer-Aided Drafting or Design), as long as you stay within structural guidelines and shipping constraints.
