S & R Construction was formed in 1983, and it has grown to be a full-service organization. We offer a wide range of services and take pride in the turnkey products we offer. We have experienced personnel, reliable equipment, and concrete forms for foundation installation. Many customers, engineers, and building inspectors will attest to the professionalism of our site work, masonry, framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, and finish work. Our work is fully insured and bonding is available as needed.

We start with getting to know you, your goals for the project, what features are important to you, and what special needs you may have. We try to design the project around these items while staying within your budget. After the design work is complete, we move from sketches to drafting blueprints and submitting them to the building department for review and issuance of a building permit. A similar process is required for septic system installation or public sewer and water hookups.

These days everyone is concerned about the environment and trying to incorporate alternative and renewable sources of energy in their homes. We are committed to ongoing research and development along with continued education of our company and our customers and to providing the latest technology in alternative energy systems. Developments will be posted to the Alternative Energy Technologies page of this website.
